Private house sale – for when it’s time to move on

My wife and I have decided that it’s time to move on now, and have therefore put our house on the market. It’s a sad day, really, because we have lived here for twenty-five years, but it’s the right thing to do. Our children grew up here, but they have both since moved on.
A private house sale is obviously an important piece of business, but for us it is also an emotional one. I hope that whoever buys our lovely home will be as happy as we have been for the past two and a half decades.
